Returns and Refunds
We check and control the quality of all products before they are dispatched. If you receive an item that is not in a perfect condition please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and replace the damaged items at our cost if the problem has been caused during the transportation process.
Items that are purchased on MI ALMA online store may be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that it is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay delivery charges, duties and taxes in order to return the purchase. If the goods have been damaged due to an in-appropriate use, we reserve a right to send the item back to the shipper.
How to return?
You will find a return form included in the delivery package. Please fill this in as it is important for us to understand the reason of the return.

Send the product back to us from the same Country you made the purchase at. Please use the original box we sent to you.
Once the purchase is received and verified by our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your refund will be paid back to the same card or account which was used to place the order. The refund may take up to 10 days time to appear on your statement.
